THE BEST OREO WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING




INGREDIENTS

  •  2 cups (1 pint) Whipping Cream
  •  1 Box Oreo Pudding Mix (with the cookie pieces removed)
  •  1/3 cup of Powdered Sugar
  •  1/4 cup of chopped Oreo Cookies
  •  Decorating Bags
  •  Wilton 1M Decorating Tip
  •  Mixer

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Coarsely chop Oreo Cookies (with or without filling) and sift out small crumbs and set aside.
  2. Add Whipping Cream mixture to a chilled mixing bowl.
  3. Turn mixer on high. 
  4. Mix until soft peaks form.
  5. Add Powdered Sugar.
  6. Mix at high speed.
  7. Just before you get to stiff peaks add Oreo Pudding Mix.
  8. On slow speed, mix whipping cream and pudding.
  9. When it starts to come together, stop mixer and scrape down sides.
  10. Check to make sure the pudding hasn't clumped on the bottom.
  11. Fold mixture a couple of times with a spoon.
  12. Turn mixer back on for just a few revolutions.
  13. DO NOT OVERMIX.
  14. Add chopped Oreo pieces and fold in with a spoon.
